Go-To Gordon Computer Services

Per usual, Gordon came thru for us in spectacular form. We have used him several times over the last number of years. We are tech illiterates, and trust him completely to keep us and our computers safe from viruses, malware, etc. He came today to get our new mobile phones, laptop and iPad all synced and working together. Gordon is a patient and thorough teacher. Very highly recommend.

Excellent.  Gordon has built several systems for our company. Every system has worked flawlessly right out of the box and they continue to do so.   Gordon provides excellent support before and after the job is completed.

After a recent power outage, our all-in-one PC had been crashing regularly, resulting in a specific error screen. I called Gordon who kindly took about 10 minutes going through different possible reasons on the phone. He is easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He came to pick up the computer on Thursday at lunch time and I picked it back up from him 2 days later (he will pick up and deliver at no cost, though). He performed many tests, isolated and corrected the problem, uninstalled numerous unwanted or superfluous programs, installed various software to prevent specific malware, ads, and unwanted programs that are bundled with other programs you may download. Additionally, he did a general cleanup. AND he kept me informed during the process, which was great. His charge was $100, which I think was very reasonable.
