Admin Staff female is extremely rude! Arrogance, I think she forgets she works in Weaverville not Beverly Hills California! Anyway it took several thousands of dollars to move 20 minutes! We were told like any company when the estimator came to our home we were moving from, that the estimate was based upon furniture etc at the time quote was done, three days later we had our entire basement emptied,!We delivered all of our theater seating chairs and recliners heavy stuff and more so that it would be much less money than what we were told, it came back basically the same. When it was time to deliver our stuff and unload, the drivers were instructed by Audra to drive our stuff away, my wife had to chase the truck and tap it and yell for them to stop as they stomped on the gas and made a scene in our new neighborhood! Also while they were moving our bedding they managed to get the worst gasoline odors all over our bedding and several other goods inside the truck, one of the movers said it looks as thought gasoline had sprayed up from the bottom of truck, not to worry they had insurance especially after spending all that money! It came back that Miss. Audra said the company wasn’t covering it, that we were on our own, even though it was there equipment that they were providing. We also found items damaged and busted! We had to throw away one of our 2,000.00 mattress and box springs out, and for the first few nights we slept on floor. I asked numerous times practically begging them to please make right! She said you are in your own! WE WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS CIRCUS TO ANYONE!!

We had a superb experience! Tom Hunnicutt coordinated all the details of the interstate move for us. We were moving contents of a condo in FL up to Asheville and the experience couldn't have been better. The crew he assigned, Adam & Robbie, did a great job at both ends, wrapping, packing, loading & unloading, and nothing broken. Thanks to all, we are grateful for everyone's hard work!!

Very professional and punctual. When looking for a quality mover, Gasperson was the name that kept coming up. They lived up to their reputation.

Tis job required rwo trucks and four men over two days. The crew was excellent. They were highly professional, careful, efficient, fast, personable, and very helpful. We have moved 18 times in our long marriage, most of them professional moves. This was the best move. Nothing broken, everything placed where it needed to be placed. Excellent. The cost included $330 worth of insurance—the max offered.

When furniture was unwrapped by the movers there was a huge rip in the back of one piece and some damage to the second piece. Movers claimed the damage must have been done by the company that delivered the furniture to them, but even if that was true (and I don't know if it was true), they also admitted they had failed to examine the furniture when they received it. To top it off, the two men who delivered the furniture nearly knocked into our stereo and then damaged our door frame when they took the couch back out to their truck. The only positive thing at all that I can say is that Gasperson was prompt about repairing the damage to our door.

We used them in June to move us from a house to a storage unit. While I preferred to try another another local provider, since our prior experience was just average, I didn't have the desire to shop around again. I'm glad I gave them another try, because this team was great!
They called when they said they would and appeared on time. There were only two of them for a 4 BR house, which was not enough, so they failed on that initially (they should have had the records from our last move that it took guys a very long time). But the lead guy was able to get two more guys to show up with a smaller truck. That made it move a lot faster, once they had four guys. I did not watch them move stuff from the storage unit to the house, but from the trucks to the house they were very careful. The team was very professional, always asking where to put things and moving large furniture to other spots when requested. The only issue was that they tracked in a lot of mud on my freshly professionally cleaned carpets in two spots - the stairs and the basement. I can understand the since that's the main traffic area for upstairs and it wasn't that bad, but the basement carpet was quite dirty right by the back door. Dirty enough that I need to rent a wet vac from the local grocery store to clean it (again). I wish they would have used two men outside and then two with clean shoes inside the basement, since there was only 3 items put down there. But I would hire them again, although I would reconsider if they had temporary summer help.

The driver of the truck pulled out ahead of me and hit my car. Even though I was blowing my horn trying to stop the truck unfortunately they hit my rear quarter panel Thinking it would not be a problem we carried forward with the move and thought we could settle up on Monday. After an ugly conversation with the lady in their office and being called a liar one minute then whole different conversation the next, they turned it over to their insurance agent. After One month of waiting for their insurance company we finally started calling regularly. After seven days of calling we finally got a call back. The agent was rude and accusatory. After yet another few weeks go by the agent promised to review it and agreed to pay at least half of the claim and send out an adjuster. So we waited again only to get an email that said I was inattentive and therefore at least one percent responsible. Interesting since I was supposed to go first since they had no idea where they were going to and I was the one blowing my horn. Maybe if they had employees that spoke ENGLISH we could have worked this out in a manner that was as least somewhat fair.

Mr. Honeycutt is that man who runs it and he couldn't have been nicer. They were on time and worked very hard, even though they had to unload in the rain. All of the furniture was wrapped, and so there was no damage. They did a super and I was extremely pleased. It was a near perfect move! I've used them before, and 2 out of the 3 moves have been excellent.

They did a great job. Their attitude was excellent and they did a lot of work; it was not easy. Their price was pretty good. It was worth calling them, we would call them again.

We really enjoyed working with this company. They were always on time and professional. They even made sure we had our bed right away so we wouldn't have to sleep on the floor the first night. The next morning they came and unloaded the rest of our things. The price was a little bit under the quote which we really appreciated and thought was honest of them. Everything was packed very well and nothing broke or was damaged. I would definitely recomend them to others.

We packed many items and moved them to a storage unit before the moving dates ourselves. We secheduled Gasperson to move furnishings only. Just before our moving date I was hospitalizeed with a heart attack. I was unable to pack all small items and move them to a storage unit. They were willing to complete these task in our move when they came to move our furnishings. They really were extremely helpful with our circumstance due to my illness. Moving is a very stressful and difficult time and Gasperson really made our move much less stressful.

Everything went very well. The crew worked quickly and carefully.

Excellent experience. Very minor damage, typical of moving all your belongings. Only bigger issue was damage to a painting. They sent it in for restoration.

They did a great job of packing for us. There were a few small things that were broken and we may make a small claim with our insurance. It was a lot of stuff for them to pack and they also moved us. I thought the price was reasonable. We also had the same people who packed us drive to the new location and unpack us, which was nice.

They arrived late; they were painfully slow; they did not send enough workers; multiple items were damaged but were repaired except for the floor (some items took as long as six months to get fixed).

The movers came about 45 minutes later than they said they would. They worked slowly, but steadily. Nothing was damaged. However, when I got the bill, I saw that they billed us for at least an hour more than they worked including generous travel time. I wrote a letter to the president of the company complaining about the excessive charges. He apologized, said it was a mistake and sent me a refund for the amount over-billed. However, had I not checked the bill carefully and written the letter, I would have paid considerably more than I should have.
