Harmony has been restored to my piano. The sounding board is back to normal and my piano sounds glorious! I had the piano placed correctly in the room(when the lid is open, it is open to the room), but Mr. Strickhouser noticed the afternoon sun shining onto the sounding board. I did not know that sunlight causes the piano to go flat, so now I lower the lid in the afternoon. I learned more about my piano from Mr. Strickhouser than from the Steinway people and piano tuners in Illinois combined.
