Terrible, I despise this refrigerator! Ferguson's has made no attempt to return my phone calls or make sure that the Kitchen-Aid representative know all the problems we're having with this product OR has Kitchen-Aid ever tried to response either. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone, it should definitely be classified as LEMON PRODUCT!
