Ferguson's has made no attempt to return my phone calls or make sure that the Kitchen-Aid representative know all the problems we're having with this product OR has Kitchen-Aid ever tried to response either. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone, it should definitely be classified as LEMON PRODUCT!
Description of Work: Bought all new appliances in 2010 for complete kitchen remodeling. The Kitchen-Aid refrigerator was a VERY costly purchase, a built-in model that has never worked properly! Right after the purchase the Manager, Robbie knew there were problems with this product but he is no longer Manager, I've called & called now but cannot get any response from Ferguson's. I've written directly to Kitchen-Aid, no response from them either. Apparently after they get your money they no longer care!

Description of Work: Ferguson billed me for merchandise never installed in my home. The can't provide many of the records for my job. I have been trying to get a refund for the items never delivered to my house for over 18 months. I have written certified letters to the President, CFO, and General Counsel for Ferguson Enterprises, and they say they will do something, but continue to ignore me. I stayed at a Bed and Breakfast in Asheville, and the owners had the same problem. Ferguson steals from its customers by billing for items never delivered.
