The negatives: With the original phone call, he didn't ask for my phone number, so I assumed it must be showing up on caller ID. He was late arriving, and stated he would have called, but didn't have my number. He hadn't written out a work order or anything, so asked me all the same questions again about what he was supposed to clean. He didn't wear any covers over his shoes.
The positives: He got rid of all the stains out and the carpet looked great when he finished. He was very polite and friendly. He only charged me $135.00 for that entire area! I've never been less than $175.00 by other companies.

Graham arrived on time and did a great job! He really takes the time to do the job right. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants their carpets cleaned well.
