About us
I started my plumbing repair business in 1983 after working on the Warren Wilson College plumbing crew for 5 years. I am usually the only employee, but I hire diggers and helpers as needed for the job. Sometimes my teenage son Jep helps me, I am trying to teach him the trade because its an important skill to have... I charge $75 for a service call and the clock starts when I leave for the job. I deal mostly in repairs for older plumbing systems and fixtures. I do some re-model work and can install underground water and sewer pipes. Installing and repairing water heaters is a specialty of mine. Since I started my business 29 years ago I have always made it a point to return phone calls and show up when I say I will. Those two things are top priority for me. You will get prompt and courteous service and I will always explain everything I do for the customer.
