Excellent. Probably the best cleaning I have ever had.

I had an emergency extraction while on vacation in New England the week before due to an abcess and was worried about coming off antibiotics due to infection in my gums. I received very compassionate care from Dr. Willoughby and her staff who put me at ease and recommended a cleaning and fillings. I returned the next day for a very thorough cleaning and was able to come off antibiotics with no issues. While I'll likely get the fillings elsewhere due to cost, the exam, treatment plan and cleaning were a great value at such a nice, clean and professional practice!

She gave me a written estimate of everything I needed to get done. She gave me an estimate of $1811. I thought it was outrageous. I was concerned about everything that she was telling me and I felt like I needed a second opinion. I needed my tooth pulled but Dr. Willoughby doesn't pull teeth but his colleague does. I went and got a second opinion, and request for my medical record. They didn't send them and they told me that they were having technical issue for 4 days. They hadn't bother to contact me. I went to another dentist and to have my teeth cleaned and I was only charged $83 which was a big difference. Dr. Willoughby was going to charge $267 to remove my tooth while the other dentist charged me $161.00. Her estimates were high and because I cancelled my appointment with them so I can go to the other dentist, she was going to charge me $75 for missed appt. They said if I don't pay it, they are going to turn me to a collection agency. The cleaning estimate was $1811 and for each tooth she will charge me $48 for antibiotic but the other dentist said I didn't need the antibiotic at all and he didn't use any, had my teeth cleaned and I did just fine. Dr. Willoughby didn't give me the entire medical record. She only provided a zerox copy of the x-rays. I would not recommend her to anyone.

,Had the most thorough exam I ever had , then an excellent cleaning and then the cavity done. All very efficient and painless.
I also found the services more affordable than the dentist I used to go to.

I provided X-rays from the prior year and no new X-rays were taken. The exam went well and a schedule was set up for treatment. Although the scheduled treatments were a bit expensive, I continued with them because of the friendliness and atmosphere of the office staff and Dr. Willoughby.

It went great. She spent the time discussing my husband's situation and provided an estimate. We both had initial consultations and xrays taken and were able to use a discounted coupon provided here.

Overall it went well.  The exam and cleaning (which I scheduled for three weeks later) seemed very thorough.  The office is very nice and Dr. Willoughby has a pleasant bedside manner.  The receptionist could stand to warm up a bit.  A nice experience, but nothing that would keep me paying full price for their services when it's time for the next exam and cleaning when there are more Angie's List coupons elsewhere (we don't have dental insurance).

Dr. Willoughby and her entire staff were fantastic. They are very caring and dedicated to providing excellent care. Dr. Willoughby is the best dentist I have ever been to and her staff and office are top notch.

I like him. He is very caring and interested. He makes sure he calls back after a visit to make sure I am okay. They are very concerned.

I have been returning every 6 months for check-ups.  Staff is friendly and professional.  I am planning to continue using this dental office indefinitely.

Dr. Wendy Willoughby is wonderful. She's the most caring dentist I've ever had. I will definitely use her again.

She is excellent. She is very sensitive to any dental apprehensions one might have.  She is very helpful..

The office was very warm and welcoming. The doctor and her staff were extremely nice and patient in terms of explaining the procedure.

The staff and Dr. Willoughby are WONDERFUL. They were friendly and professional. Dr. Willoughby explained all of the procedures in a way I could understand and she was extremely thorough in her examination. The hygienist made sure I comfortable at all time, even putting some numbing gel on my sensitive teeth as well as some antibacterial gel. Dr. Willoughby went above and beyond any cleaning I have ever had. I am so glad to be a patient of hers!

She doesn't try to push into work you do not need.

She is polite, kind and is fair with good prices.

Dr. Willoughby is the best dentist I have ever had. She performs all of the work herself, i.e., she does not delegate the work to an associate. She is very conservative with taking structure away. She is the only dentist that I have been to that does not grind your teeth down to tiny stumps to install crowns when that is unnecessary because she has the ability to do cerec inlays right in the office. If you are over 30 and potentially need crowns do not go to any other dentist. If you do, you may loose teeth that could have been saved.

They are always on time, efficient and courteous. They are excellent in skill. Everyone in the office is very professional. I will continue to see her in the future. Her prices are expensive, but worth it.
