They never returned my phone call. I called them twice. It's only been 24 hours, but I guess I'm spoiled by the services from Angies List because I expected more...(the two other providers I contacted both returned my call within the same day.)

We didn't finish what we started with them because we had to go out of town. They did clean the gutters and they were good. They are supposed to come back. They did a very good job. It was one of his workers that came out. He was very nice young man. I was very pleased with him. He was prompt and he listens to what I have to say.

Professional, punctual and seemed to be effective

We have had Dr. Downspout clean our gutters three years in a row and they always do an excellent job. Our house is tricky because it's built into a hill. The back portion of the house is 3 stories off the ground with a covered back deck that prevents a ladder from being used. So Jeremiah and his team get on our roof and repel down to the gutters while attached to our chimney. It's pretty amazing!
His workers are polite and timely, and finish their work quickly. They always indicate if there are any problems with the gutters or roof, and once they even took some photos of a hole in the exterior of the house where bees were making a nest.
Finally, they have a good online system that indicates when our next service is coming up.
Overall, would highly recommend this service, and plan to use them for years to come.

Great! I called on Monday and two guys came out on Wednesday morning. Our gutters had not been cleaned in years and were in desperate need of it. They did a very thorough and efficient job and even repaired part of a broken gutter. They also noticed a place where the gutters had been improperly installed. They didn't have the tools with them to fix it that morning, but said they could come back and fix it later. I would definitely recommend Dr. Downspout.

Contractor does excellent work. Cleans gutters thoroughly and makes repairs if necessary. Cleans up behind the work including blowing leaves /debris off driveway. Personnel are professional and well mannered.

Solved the problem. Much less expensive compared to replacing gutters.

They had to change our originally scheduled date because of rain, but that was not a problem. A few days later they did the job.

Service went well. Men were punctual. The cleaned up the debris that had come off the roof.

Came out to do gutters. Gutters are 25 feet off the ground and I was out of my league. Bought the house about 10 months prior and gutters had not been done in so long that there was soil with plants growing out of them.
Snowed on day of original appointment and they rescheduled via internet portal the next day.
Out and at work as rescheduled - didn't even know they were there until I saw the ladder through the window. Done timely. Installed the gutter guards that I had purchased from Lowe's. When my gutter guards came up short, they had a couple extra in their truck that they threw up to finish the job at no extra charge.

The two men were efficient and professional. They gave up good advice and did not try to sell us other items or services.

Used the same company last year. Was contemplating giving them a call, but before I could track down their number, I got an email from them saying it was time for a cleaning and saying they'd like to provide the service again. We made an appt for a few days later. Jeremiah showed up on time, did the work and even trimmed a few branches for me that had nothing to do with my gutters/roof. He did so much trimming that he couldn't fit it all in his truck. He said he'd be back to get the rest the following day, and when I returned home from work the next day, he'd already been there and hauled the remaining branches away. He also took some yard debris that I had accumulated and was gradually trying to get rid of in my weekly garbage pick-up. Both Jeremiah and his brother Ben (who did the work last year) are great guys--personable, professional and reliable.
