Every job I have asked this company/owner to do has been done promptly and efficiently. I trust him with my house keys and he can come and go as needed to do the job. I am particularly impressed with the clean up on each job. I do not have to come behind the work to finish cleaning up scraps, paint or trash.
I am also pleased that Ander does exactly what he says needs to be done and on time! I feel the same about his crew. If he runs into a situation and needs to leave early or do the work a different way, I know about immediately. He excels at communication. He is intelligent, professional, and has a sense of HUMOR.

If he leaves an employee to do the work, I can be assured that he checks the job personally to see that it is done to his instructions and his estimate.

On one job, I chose a different company to do the work. I realized that Ander's approach was the most thorough contruction and would have lasted the life of the house. I simply had to listen to my bank account and go with a less thororugh job for less money. Not the way I like to proceed, but it is the reality.

This man is a neighbor and is quick to work for anyone on the street in a professional manner. This is his business and we respect his work as such and almost everyone on the street uses him. One neighbor ask him to do some simple stone/concrete work, he had not done this type of thing before but found a crew member with experience and the job was done almost overnight.

He was always on time, he had several workers with him and they were quiet, worked in a good time frame and cleaned up after themselves. Ander was going on vacation when I had scheduled the work on my roof, but he came to my house on the first day of the job and introduced me to his worker. The was done just as if Ander himself had done it. 

I didn't want the whole roof done, I just wanted to have certain parts worked on to save money. He was willing to work with me on things so I could get to a price I felt I could afford. 

Ander was very timely in getting information to me. He emailed figures to me the same day or the next day.
