Danny provided exceptional work, defining the lines of our property despite there being issues previously on exactly where the lines were.  Danny sorted it out for which we are incredibly grateful.  We were inexperienced with the cost of surveying, for which he was understanding.  The survey itself is impressive and even the attorneys we were working with conveyed how good he really is.  I highly recommend Danny Tolar and Associates.

Danny and his crew arrived on time.  They courteous and professional in manner.  Work was completed in one and one half hours and the result was much to my satisfaction.  At issue was a tree that needed felling.  I can now move ahead without worry about ownership.

I called Danny after 6pm and he got back to me the same night. And he was able to mark the corners of my property the next day (which he said is not something he's normally able to do so fast). His price was half that of the other guy who I got a quote from.

He came exactly on time , had done all the necessary preliminary work and went right to work finding the correct corners ,marked them carefully with easily visible color markers, and then placed stakes at the center of each side of my property also, by my request. He and his co-worker made no mess and were careful where they stepped when walking around my property.

Danny marked out the property lines on two sides of a .40 acre corner lot. I was very satisfied with the work they did and would call them again if the need arises in the future.

Danny arrived a little earlier than our appointment with an assistant and all the necessary equipment needed to complete the survey. Danny had already done research online about my property and had in hand a plot plan and other needed documents. It was obvious to me that he was a professional who cared about his work. Danny set up his equipment, set marker points and worked steadily to complete the survey . It took about three hours , more or less. Danny found the corner markers , some of which were buried under mulch and leaves . others that were deep under brambles and thickets. He placed as many stakes in between these markers as I requested. All in all , it was a great experience meeting Danny and I would recommend him without hesitation.

I spent $2500 on that job. I was satisfied with his service. He communicated well, did what he said he was going to do in the time he said he was going to do it. I would use him in the future.
