Were extremely good at what they do. The crew worked very hard and take pride in their work. Were extremely cautious about protecting floors furniture etc. Was the most congenial happy group of workers I have ever seen. Would recommend this company to anyone that wants the work don properly . Will definitely use again.

First class job.

Well, from the time I called to the time I received an estimate was 3 to 4 days. The estimate I received was professionally and thoroughly put together and the price was very fair given the scope of work we required. Since, at the time, he was working on much larger jobs, he told me he would be able to get a crew out in about 2 weeks and that is exactly what he did.
We have completely remodeled our home and had been very unhappy with the paint job that was done by the previous contractor. Our goal was to have some of the most glaring mistakes rectified and to hopefully find a painter that we could rely on for all of our future projects. Both of our goals were successfully met. Ballew (DAB) Painting is our go to firm from now on.
David and a crew of 4 spent 2 days at our home. David of course was not there the entire time as he was running his other crew at the same time. BUT, David was here a solid half time and when he was here he was hands on. He and his men were polite and respectful of our home. They sought out our approval and level of satisfaction with what they had completed before moving on to the next phase of the project. Everything was covered with plastic and drop cloths. They cleaned up after themselves, including using the biggest vacuum cleaner I have ever seen, like true professionals and the paint job they gave us far exceeded our expectations.
We have already spoken with Ballew Painting about a another much larger interior painting project that we would like them to do for us in the coming months.
This is a solid company that I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family as well of course to anyone using Angie's List looking for a professional painting contractor in this area.

We'd have them again. They had to do this over several days as it needed to dry. Always punctual, neat, efficient. I got their name from Angie's list and we have them on the rolodex.

Promptly answered my initial email. Met at the appointed time to look at the house. Submitted a detailed work estimate several days later. Painting job was done one week later. No problems. Smooth as silk!!!

My experience working with them has been very good. The price depends on what they are doing for me. They are very precise and thorough. They are really very artistic and very good at what they do. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

We were very pleased with the work David Ballew performed. Mr. Ballew was prompt in providing us with a detailed estimate. He and two employees were consistently present and working through the whole preparation and painting process. He explained what they were doing and was willing to answer questions. They cleaned up after themselves each day. He did some extra work that was not in the estimate and he did not charge us for that. We were very pleased with his concientious attitude, customer service and professionalism. It was obvious to us that he and the two men working with him were professional and took a great deal of pride in their work. We will definitely use Ballew's Painting in the future.

Excellent workmanship and quality.

They have been here the last 8 of 12 months fulltime. They are not the least expensive painter you can find; they are reasonably priced. The quality of their work is absolutely fantastic. They are clean and responsive. They never make a mess that they don't clean up.

The exterior paint needed some scraping on the rafter tails but the body of the house had new wood siding to duplicate the old siding that had been there. It all had to be primed and then caulked and painted. Ballew's Painting did a careful job with the scraping and cleaned up all the mess. They spent a lot of time prepping areas they were going to spray and did not damage anything while spraying the primer or paint. David Ballew realized after the exterior wood was primed that all the nail holes from the power nailer were so deep that the holes would be noticeable when he painted. I appreciated his desire for the finish job to reflect good workmanship and even though it required a tedious day's work, they filled each nail hole before they painted. We used several colors on the outside and they did not hesitate to comply with my wishes. Inside they primed the new drywall walls, caulked all the trim and painted - once again in varying colors. They cut in beautifully, worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves each day. I love the little house now and David Ballew's Painting is a big reason why.
