See above. I already told the story.
Description of Work: Who knows how to tell how much I spent? Annually, Monthly, over the last 20 years? The $1500 is annual. Not an amount to sneeze at! Thank heavens I did not fall for the line to "bundle". If I had, I probably would not be able to even call for service or access the intetnet or submit this report on Angie's list. Yesterday, I upgraded to HD service. Today it did not work. I called. I was told there was a service outage in our area. The HD service came back on for a short time. It was lost again. I called back. The agent said that I could not even submit a servce call because my name was not on the account. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said that there was not supervisor in the building. I asked to speak to anyone who made more money that he did. He didn't seem to think that there was any one in the building who made more money than he did. Then he said that he could not even submit a service call because only my husband was on the account and I was not. My husband got on the phone and told him that I was the one who was having the problem that he needed to talk to me. He said that he could only talk to my husband. my husband asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused. Frustrated, we hung up. I called back. By the time I was finally connected again, I had been on the phone for over an hour. I got a more agreeable person who schedule an appointment for the following day. She confirmed that I was indeed autorized on the account. She gave us a $20 credit on our next bill. I will wait to see if it comes through. I wish I had some other option! They have us captive and they know it. I live under trees. I can't use a dish. If you have any option other than Comcast, I recommend that you look into ti.

When installer arrived late, I walked through what I wanted for cable and phone. He seemed quite uninterested in doing any work and told me most of what I wanted could not be done, with no explanation. I delayed installation then canceled request.
Description of Work: Very late for cable and phone installation appointment and did not seem interested in doing any work.
