Exceptionally well. They were on time (actually early) for both the estimate and to do the job. They were extremely friendly and polite, thorough, efficient, and took care of some other things, like spiders and a humidity barrier at no charge. Within a couple of days the dehumidifier has lowered the humidity to 55%. While they were here they sealed up holes and other humidity entry points so that the dehumidifier could function efficiently. I have rarely been so impressed with an organization as I have been with Clegg's.

It went great. My family and I recently went away on vacation and I had a minor anxiety attack worrying about picking up bedbugs again. The exterminator (Wayne) was very calming and gave me instructions and advice to search (and destroy -using something with pyrethren) and what to ask for when going to motels ("If they don't have a pest prevention plan they can produce, don't stay there. If they have bedbugs in the room, don't stay there"), how we should throw everything into the dryer from our suitcases and spray down the suitcases before bringing them back into the house. As traumatic as the experience was (it cost a lot of money, and we did have to do a LOT of work taking all our clothing to a laundromat to put it all into dryers), Clegg made it manageable and Wayne has just been AWESOME! Terminix would have cost a little less, but they were going to use something so strong we wouldn't be able to return to our home for 4 days (eww!) and they wanted to just do our bedroom and the kids' room (there wasn't any sign of bedbugs in our kids' room, and there were a couple in our living room, so that wouldn't have worked), Clegg did the whole house, and I think they were very thorough so it was worth every penny.Plus Terminix couldn't identify which chemicals they were using to me on the phone or during their evaluation, but Wayne at Clegg was able to name every chemical he used and explain not only what it does, but what it IS

They did exactly what they said they would do. The price was reasonable. They were responsive and punctual.

They are very honest. They did not try to over sale me. I would recommend them. I used another company, and they were not as a good as them. They follow up well, and they are very professional.

the service man was very knowledgable about the chemicals being used. He was very customer serviced minded. i would use this company again. Though, I hope the fleas never return, so far so good.

They responded quickly to my call after what we thought was water damage turned out to be termite damage.

Service was prompt. I had to do very little prep. Service people were pleasant and accommodating. They cleaned up after themselves. No payment until entire job was complete. Paid over phone by credit card.

About a week ago I discovered the large nest. My husband is highly allergic to bee stings and it is truly amazing that he had not encountered the nest during lawn maintenance. This week's to-do list was lengthy and today as our German Shepherd and I were making our rounds she disturbed the nest. We went directly to our pond to soothe her and from there to Angie's list. I thought that I was familiar with Clegg's from the area's homebuilders association. After I saw the A rating I called to schedule and appointment and get a rate quote. The receptionist asked a couple of concise questions then transferred my call. The gentleman that I spoke with asked a very few questions and said that he could have some one come today! An hour or so later the tradesman arrived and we went to look at the large nest and the small hole that I suspected was a nest. When I asked about his experience the technician said that he had 13 years in the business. As our discussion proceeded it was obvious that he is indeed quite knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain to me how some of our landscaping either encouraged and provided a haven for poisonous bees. Afterward we reviewed the contract as it had been discussed with the dispatcher and he went about his work. He was very thorough and patience in his explanation of what he would be doing and how we should observe the sites afterward. Again, he reminded me that the contract is for 30 days and we should call if today's treatments did not completely resolve the issue.

Overall my experience with Clegg's has been very positive over the years.

We have an annual contract with them. They installed the bait traps and we've never had any issues. We don't even know that they have come other than they leave a little note on the door saying they have checked all the bait traps and everything is fine. They put them in fine and had to replace one and they were very responsive. Everything else is on autopilot; they come and do it and it is taken care of.
