The company saw that the home was rented in a timely manner and that I that the tenants references checked out. Other than collecting the monthly rent and acting as a go be tween for the tenant and myself, to tell me about the stove burning out and it not being cleaned to the tenants satisfaction when he moved in, they did nothing. They did not see that the tenant kept the yard mowed per in written lease agreement, nor after the tenant moved out and I notified them about an ongoing leak which I had found at the kitchen sink, that the tenant had not notified neither the company nor myself about,( This cost me $150 to repair), nor did the tenant advise us that he had broken the front porch handrail which also almost cost me to lose my homeowners insurance as the underwriters had seen this and notified me via letter that my policy was being cancelled as of July 6th 2013 due to their May inspection. I also did not know that there was several big black mold spots the size of dinner plates on the walls downstairs due to the pipe leak from the kitchen sink. Now this is another problem I have to take care of. The living room linoleum had to totally be replaced due to him having dragged furniture across it when he moved out. ( His expense of 631.00 ) . There is also a broken window in the master bedroom I knew nothing about. I think the company should of been more aware about the homeowners property and more concerned since they are primarily their employers. I would not and could not in good faith recommend this company to any of my friends even though they did get my home rented in a timely manner and did get my rent to me on time. In the long run it still cost me more to keep it rented than it was worth.
Description of Work: Basically just saw I got rent on time THAT WAS IT. ACTED AS GOBETWEEN between renter and myself, saw that home was rented.
