I have been going to this clinic for over 5 years and always had amazing service. Unfortunately, there is a new owner/vet who is nothing like the previous one. I have a cat who has had his colon removed and still suffers intestinal distress at times. I brought him to the clinic because he was showing signs of trouble. During my first encounter with the new vet, she informed me his symptoms were not an indication of a problem. I assured her that after five years, I knew my cat and his symptoms. She was dismissive and condescending. My cat's file is an inch thick and she didn't even bother to read that his symptoms were indeed a cause for concern. I agreed to leave him there for the day to be assessed, with a promise of a phone call from her by the afternoon. By 4:45, I decided to call since I had not heard from the clinic. I was put on hold and then disconnected. I tried calling three more times and no one would answer the phone. I got in my car and drove there to get information. Upon arrival, I immediately said that I was upset and felt it was best I take my cat and go elsewhere. The vet told me she did an ultrasound, which showed nothing and also gave him fluids. She did apologize for the phone situation and told me that a cat had stepped on the phone, which is how I was disconnected. The receptionist then told me that they had other things going on, making it clear that my pet was not a priority. I was given an invoice for $257, which is more than the estimate I was given. In that estimate, my cat was to receive three more procedures, which never happened. I found a new vet the next day who had xrays taken within 20 minutes. He gave my cat an enema and he is now doing fine. So simple.

I can't say it was a pleasant experience, but I am very happy the vet is a "cats only" doctor. She is friendly, personable, doesn't rush through the exams, explains the procedure and subsequent care well. Overall, I highly recommend this business.

The emergency hospital had provided me with a bag of medicine, which I never even looked at. I arrived and the vet asked me about the bag and I told her and quot;I hadn't even looked in it yetand quot;. She asked for it and I gave it to her. Later she came back and said she had provided me with and quot;betterand quot; meds (and kept what I gave her). She then charged me $70 for the new meds.

At the time this happened, I was not aware of what was in the bag, what she kept. It was only until I got home and looked at my Reach invoice that I realized she kept the meds I paid for.

Also, while I was there, I asked about the removal of the staples. They informed me it would be another $70 because they would have to medicate the cat to and quot;keep him quietand quot;. Of course, I chose to go to Reach hospital to have it done for free. It took them all of 5 minutes to do it.

When I got home with my cat, I looked over Reach's invoice and then I looked at the meds the Cat Care clinic had given me. They had basically replaced the meds that Reach gave with with their own and then charged me for them, and ALSO kept Reach's meds. There was one additional med Cat Care added (which I would not have minded paying extra for), but the fact that all the actions were done in a very deceitful way, left me feeling quite unhappy.

I was too burnt out from my whole emergency cat surgery experience to go back to Cat Care Clinic and raise a fuss. Needless to say though, despite the vet being a nice woman, it kind of turned me off. I felt I could no longer trust them so have since moved on.

By far the cheapest in the area for boarding. Seems to enjoy what they do, which shows in the service they provide. Will definitely use them again, over and over most likely.

I have used this vet several times and am generally pleased with my experiences here. Dr. Remsberg is a cat specialist and appears to have more authoritative knowledge of cats than other vets in the area who treat a variety of pet species. Staff at the clinic have been courteous and strived to be helpful. The clinic building is equipped with individual examination rooms where pet and owner can wait and where the exam/procedures are administered. The common waiting area is small, but I have not had to wait there with my pet for more than a few minutes before being taken to a private exam room. I plan to continue to use the veterinarian practice in the future because I believe they have provided quality care of and advice about my pet. Here are a few concerns: * On couple occasions the practice was busy, and I wondered if my pet was receiving the full attention of the vet during the visit. * On my prior visit, the exam room was not clean. The floor needed a good sweep and mop. * The clinic has been good about calling with a report of tests (e.g., blood, urine). But last time the call was made by an assistant who was unable to answer my questions about the results and their meaning. The assistant went to the vet to relay the question and retrieve the answer. My impression was that the information was garbled in this process. I would much prefer to speak with the vet directly. A call back would be preferable to relaying information through the assistant.

It was expensive, but the staff was very responsive, competent, and they were all helpful. The atmosphere is very nice and even some cats greet you at the door.

I took my cat in the morning for his dental. He like most cats was not happy. The receptionist was very friendly and soothing to him. The work was performed to his and my satisfaction.

We think they're great! We were concerned about finding another "cats only" clinic when we moved here, and were thrilled to discover this one so close to our new home. The staff is friendly and obviously cares about all the kitties in their care. They were so sweet to our three "kids" and gave them lots of attention and TLC. We try not to board them very often, but when we do, they have typically come home stressed out. This time, they sauntered right out of their carriers and acted like they had never left home. When we called and spoke with the staff, all we had to do was mention our cats' names and they knew immediately which ones we were talking about. We're very pleased with how they were treated, and look forward to having Dr. Remsberg help us keep them healthy for years to come.

I had to cut short my trip to take the cat to his regular vet. Once a new course of antibiotics were begun, he began to improve immediately. In addition, results on a stool sample left with instructions to check for bacteria, was never reported, though I left my phone number. I will not use this vet again.

We could not be happier with the compassionate and competent medical care that our cats have received at the Cat Care Clinic. The cost for each examination or procedure that has been performed has been extremely fair.
