Not only that Dwayne didn't fix our simple issue he caused damage that cost us $450 to fix (we used Blue Planet Plumbing and they did a great job). When I asked Dwayne to come to see the damage and fix it he sent me an invoice and said that he will put a lien on my house if I don't pay his $180 invoice. Stay away from this business.

Dwayne was here so quickly that I am amazed! He did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him.

It went very well.? I was pleased that I had found a plumber because I needed one.? He was very good, very good.? This is the first time I used them.? They were very courteous, you know, just really good.? They were punctual when they said they'd be here.? They just did excellent work.? This guy - my daughter & her husband have rental properties - and they use him for all of their plumbing, for their home and their rental properties.? So he came highly recommended.? This is the first time I've had any plumbing problems.?

He and his helper quickly diagnosed the problem as a poorly installed (6 years ago) garbage disposal. He was able to reinstall it in a few minutes. Dwayne then gave me some valuable information about a troublesome dishwasher. Inasmuch as he had time, I asked him to check a toilet which seemed rocking just slightly. No problem -- within minutes they had secured that, too. Dwayne's manner was professional, cordial, and thoughtful -- without wasting time. Presumably, the charge will be reasonable - at $90 for the first hour. Remarkably, he does not require payment on the spot - instead I will receive a bill, so as yet, I do not know. I recommend Cassada Plumbing and will be calling them again when needs arise.

Great!  I have used this company at least a half dozen times.  Dwayne always does a great job.  He is always on time and is always there when I need him in an emergency situation (a leak)

I've used him twice.  I called him to see when he could come and he came on the same day because we was close by.  He had the part on the truck and it took him about 20 minutes.  He works cleanly and neatly.  It's a good value for the money.

Duane has done a lot work for us....from installing a new faucet to replacing a water heater. He is always on-time, professional, knowledgeable and cost-conscious.

He is very efficient, cleans up before he leaves, he took the old sink and discarded it so I did not have to deal with that. His prices are very reasonable.

Dwayne Cassada (owner) arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me what the issues were and went right to work. He cleaned up after himself, and everything works great now! I have used Dwayne twice before, when he worked for Roger's Plumbing, which has now sold the business to Dwayne.
