Over the years I have refered my friends and family to Carters Computers and every one has reported having excellent experiences with the business. I have even had 3 business websites designed by Donna Kroger who works for Carter Computers!
I trust Jason and Carter computers 100%. That is not something I can say of many businesses... especially those in the computer/ tech industry!
Jason Carter the owner of Carter Computers is fabulous! The first time I used his business he saved my computer that had crashed and other companies told me I lost all my information. Jason was able to restore my whole computer! He also provided helpful information on how to prevent such situations in the future. This first experience with Jason was excellent. He was professional, punctual, has a gift for service and a rare ability to speak tech talk as well as laymans terms!I have used Carter Computers at my business now for the past 4 years. They have:-Saved "lost" information -Backed up files-installed programs-offered remote "team viewer" for emergency times when I needed computer help quick... my computer was fixed over the phone-Transfered files from various computers -Helped guide me to good soft ware, spy ware, and new computer purchases
