Excellent. Joey and Angel make a good team. Careful, thoughtful, professional. Joey listens well and works efficiently. Priced reasonably. They will be my go-to guys for any window work I need in the future and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

Extremely pleased with the quality of the workmanship. The were prompt and communicated very well, cleaned up when done and their pricing was very competitive. They did a great job on the install, was a couple of weeks ago and they door works great. I have already asked them to come back to do some window repairs needed.

Everything he promised was delivered on time. Real professional. He called for quotes when he was here and let me know exactly what parts needed to be replaced and got it all done real fast.

I can't say enough! Joey is very professional, knowledgeable, and really cares about customer satisfaction.  He did a great job with the installations.  A problem arose afterwards when I found a defect in the glass, (not the installation).  Joey contacted the glass manufacturer, and was able to get the glass replaced.  That left the considerable job of removing the defective glass and replacing it.  After some resistance (from the glass manufacturer), Joey was able to get them to agree to replace and install the new glass panel without charge to me.  Here's the extraordinary part.  Because I trusted Joey's work, I asked him if HE would do the re-installation himself.  He agreed, and did it without charge to me.  Extraordinary to find this degree of integrity.

I called to set up a repair time and due to an unexpected break they came out immediately to replace what I thought was a problem with balances in my windows.  After replacing the balances the problem still existed and with their considerable knowledge of window repair and function they managed to correct the problem.  They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone with no reservations.  Thank you Joey and John!!

It went very well. The house is in a remote location and the sliding screen doors were odd-sized and not commonly available.  Joey came out, measured, sourced and ordered the replacements, made a second trip to install them, and took the old broken ones away.  He was punctual and polite, and provided high quality service and products.  Strongly recommended.

Joey came out timely and quickly remedied the window issues and informed us how to correct in the future. Our front door was not sealed so that when it is cold outside the weather came into the house. We had to put blankets on the seal to close out the wind. He also spent a good amount of time rehanging the front door. He removed the door to correct the reveal and once complete he was not happy with it, so he re-did it to his and our satisfaction.

Very good, Joey throughout the process was responsive and on-time. We set a time on a Saturday and showed up as requested. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it. He is friendly and professional. The whole process was very smooth.

Upon first meeting Joey in Feb for an estimate, I knew right away that he was an UN-usually good person of quality, character, and very respectful, which is scarce in our day!

My front door with attached side light windows were remarkably unplumbed, with daylight showing on top and to one side only, due to poor workmanship in the building of this house. Reasonably, the only way to fix this problem, was to remove whole door off frame, and would take most of the day. The estimate was $500. I had 2 other estimates which were outrageously over priced in doing the same thing.

Joey was very accommodating in being willing to wait until warmer weather came, which is also his busiest time of season. He never pushed me to accept his timing!!! 

He followed thru in contacting me a few times with an opening and break in his work load to schedule my job.

The warm day finally came. The job involved a whole lot of cutting on the inside, while his assistant (sorry, I forgot his name) worked on the outside, re-cutting and re-aligning the vinyl panels around the door and sidelight windows.

It didn't take quite as long as we thought. All debris was cleaned up inside and out, re-caulked. He mentioned the door was off about 1 inch total. Joey was kind enough to do a few other things, at other parts of house, without charging me extra!!

After Joey left, I got on my knees to look under the door, and could see daylight. I immediately emailed him to let him know. He replied right back, and that he would come back ASAP. I never doubted that he would do as he said. A few weeks later, Joey came back with a professional thick door sweep-not bought at Lowes/Home depot. He had to remove door off hinges to attach sweep. No more daylight underneath door. Joey only charged me for the sweep itself, which was a huge blessing!!  I would definitely recommend Joey to anyone!!!!

Joey and Glenn arrived early in the morning with intention of finishing same day.  Windows were late arriving but were installed quickly.  There were some adjustments to be made for the picture over awning windows and Glenn had to get extra interior trim which had to be stained.

All windows were in and sealed and  they returned early the next morning and finished everything/

We were very pleased with the speed and quality of  work done.  WIndows look great  Finish work was excellent.

They also cleaned away all debris.  At all times very professional. Plan to have them back to install  more windows next year.

Would highly recommend  this provider.

The French doors in our walk-out basement have always been hard to lock, and finally became impossible.   A series of personal recommendations led me to Joey Cogburn of Carolina Window & Door.   By sheer chance he and his helper were out on a morning job near to us, and were able to stop by that afternoon to take a look.   Mr. Cogburn thoughtfully phoned again to report that they were on their way.   Once here, Mr. Cogburn - stopping only once to murmur, "Hmmm, interesting..." diagnosed and fixed the problem within five minutes.   He couldn't waive the $60 service call fee, but to give us our monies worth, he voluntarily went round examining other windows and doors - and fixed another one of them that was binding!   Very professional and personable.

Joey and his assistant Glenn were very courteous and knowledgeable.  They showed up on time and worked very quickly.    When one of the door frames was so poorly manufactured that I had to reorder the frame, Joey returned, at no charge, to finish the installation.  In addition, when one door did not seal completely in one corner (largely because my wall was significantly out of plumb and, again, because of shoddy mill-work) they returned and reset the door so that it now seals.  Again, no extra charge, no hassle.  Joey was very insistent that I be completely satisfied with the work.  All-in-all they seemed to me great guys and they did excellent work.  I couldn't be more pleased.

Joey was very responsive and professional from the beginning.  Although there was no urgent need for this job to be done quickly, he was able to work me in within two days of my call.  He provided a clear written estimate by email, arrived promptly on schedule, and performed the work from beginning to end in about 4 hours.  He was able to set up quickly and he clearly had the expertise and the equipment to work efficiently.  When he encountered an unexpected problem caused by the manufacturer having cut some of the trim pieces incorrectly, he was able to re-cut and re-miter them to fit, and did not charge me for that additional time.
I would definitely call on Joey again for any future work I need on windows and doors.

I was expecting to replace a window & screen. He was able to fix both in less than an hour.  He even prorated the service charge to the exact minute.  He was polite, prompt and did excellent work.

Joey is an excellent and first class guy. I have worked with him and had work done by him. His work ethic and dedication speaks through his work. I witnessed Joey work his way to the top when he worked for my father now he is very successful as a sole owner. Would recommend to anyone needing glass, window or door work.- Ryan

the door was uneven. Joey found a way to fix it that saved me more than $1000. In doing his analysis of the situation and in performing his work, he was very thorough. He looked at every detail. When it was completed, it was quality work.

On the day of the work Joey and his assistant showed up promptly on time at 9 AM and worked diligently all day. He removed the old doors and carted them away and installed the two new doors. He was very meticulous about his work and kept us informed as the work progressed. He ran into a few problems (as is always the case) but knew how to address them.  He once needed to get some
additional materials at the nearby Lowe?s but kept his assistant working while he was away. He finished the job at 5 PM and the doors looked and worked perfectly. Joey was not totally satisfied with the smoothness of the screen doors and said he would talk to the manufacturer about the problem. In a few days he called, came back and fixed the problem.
 All and all we were very pleased with the work done and the professional attitude that was presented. My wife later remarked that if he did things other than doors and windows she would hire him to do that also.
