Carolina Lock & Key Inc

I went to Carolina lock and key to have keys cut for my 2002 Vw bug... When you walk into this place it looks like a thrift store not a lock and key company. Womens clothing everywhere, small nick knacks and one counter dedicated to keys. I gave them my key and the blank and the owner immediately starts warning me about the possibility that the key won't work but she has done hem before. So with that possibility being imminent she puts her teenage son on the job to cut it, knowing he's inexperienced which I found out a little to late to stop them because he had already cut THROUGH the blank creating a hole through to the other side of he blank. During the process she's standing over the kid barking orders at him and making the situation worse. Long story short the owner is very unprofessional, rude, and frankly needs to find another profession. After a back and fourth dialogue with her about paying I walked out with my ruined key and refused to pay her. She even started an argument with my fiancé about the situation. I had another blank, took it over to Higgins lock and key and they cut it the first time perfectly and free of charge after I told him where I went the first time.
