It was a pleasure to work with Carol. Adjectives to describe her would include: professional, communicative, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Our family recently moved to the Asheville area from out of state. Despite this being our third home purchase, it was our first in North Carolina. Carol was attentive in guiding us through the buying process here, and we are thrilled with our new home. Carol was thorough and followed through with all the details. An OUTSTANDING experience. If you're in the market for a real estate agent, we highly recommend calling Carol Marin. Carol works with all price ranges. Our range was $185 to 240K. During the period she worked with us, she sold and/or listed properites in ranges higher and lower than our budget. She is flexible. She understands her clients needs. Carol makes you believe that you are her only client !
