Glenda, Richard and David run a friendly shop and are incredibly trustworthy. You can believe in the estimate they provide for the work you need. Plus, they are seasoned advisers for information that will be helpful when dealing with insurance companies and rental care agencies. This is the 2nd time we have taken a care to them for repair, and as with the first time, the work they performed looks like showroom quality.
My husband had a disagreement with a concrete pole concerning its location and as a a result, there were several deep scratches on the driver's side doors. Near the edge of the driver's door, rust had begun to form. And someone unknown to us had left a deep scratch across the front bumper. The doors were removed and repaired and painted to look like new. Although we thought the bumper could be repaired, they found additional damage underneath when it was removed and called to give us options about paying for labor-intensive repair or purchasing an aftermarket replacement. We were able to go with an aftermarket replacement, even though they would have made more money working out a repair.
When they have the car in the shop and tell me what day I can pick it up, I can feel confident that it will be ready when they tell me. And the kindness they show in dealing with people is a very special bonus. While no one ever wants to need a body shop, it is both a pleasure and a reassurance to know they are there when we need them.
