I had taken the chairs to 2 others for estimates, and they both recommended 3 years of material. Pat's assessment is that they would require 5 yards, and she was spot on. Pat gave me instruction in case I wanted to do the work myeslf, even lending me tools to use and provided diagrams. I decided it was beyond my scope and Pat did the work herself. She was flexibile, attentive to detail, friendly and professional.

Pat re-upholstered a chair and ottoman after some damage by a new puppy. Her fabric suggestions and subtle re-design changes made the chair and ottoman much better than it was originally. I am extremely pleased with the result and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Biltmore Upholstery did an excellent job. they were very punctual. We had to wait six weeks but they picked up the couch and delivered it exactly when they said they would.
