He came out promptly and did a terrific job.  Very friendly and knowledgeable.

We found Biltmore Granite on Angie's list and went to the marble yard/office.  Ray was courteous and led us through the showroom answering questions as we went.  We then went to the yard to look at their extensive marble slabs.  After selecting a slab, using our diagram he gave us a tentative price.  He came out the next day and measured and the price was exactly what he had quoted us.  He gave suggestions and explained exactly what would happen on installation.  Because he had to order more marble he called the next week, (Thursday) and had us look at he slab to be sure it was what we wanted.  We even selected which section they would use to cut the island.  They took time, even moving the slab so I could see underneath at the other slabs.  Never complaining always pleasant and professional.  The granite was installed on the day they said(the following Monday)  and the installers were polite, professional, clean and very knowledgable.  We even got a free undermount sink.  We love our countertops.

They were good and did what they said they would do. I was pleased with their work. I think they could’ve given me a better price even though they weren’t overly expensive. I have no complaints about them.

I thought they were absolutely wonderful. They had a great selection and price. A lot of things stood out, they allowed me to pick my own slab of granite and then they let me select where on that granite I wanted my pieces. They did it very quickly and did everything great. I would recommend them and use them again.

We went to their place of business and looked at the slabs of granite. They were very helpful, and gave my husband and I as many sample as we wanted. Many times they had to cut samples from the slabs. When we decided on a particular slab, we made an appointment for them to come and measure. They came out to measure at the specified time, and they were given a deposit of 50% of the overall cost of the job. The installation was done at the time specified. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They came two weeks later at no extra charge to help with a unique sink install problem. We are very pleased with the results.

The measurements were exact. The employees were professional and personable from beginning of process to the final installation which only took one week. The quality of granite was beautiful and I was able to choose the exact slabs that were used. They arrived exactly at the time they said, left everything clean and were very careful of my home.

They never made their first scheduled appointment for an estimate. Never called. Finally got back to us and came. Said would give us a free sink. We liked our old sink, didn't want a new one. They installed a new one which was deeper and that resulted in us having to hire a plumber to redo the pipes so it would fit. Also, the advertised price of $44 per square foot turned into a much higher number even though we went with the basic (cheapest) granite. We knew this in the estimate and my Mom went ahead and OKed the work before I knew the price didn't reflect his advertising of $44 per SF. Because he missed the first appointment, he said he'd give us a good deal. It never came. This work was done in our family cabin and my elderly Mom went ahead with it. I feel he took advantage of her age and charged more.
