Asheville Cleaners

I've used Asheville Cleaners ever since I moved back here in 2002. They do an outstanding job on my suits and shirts, and are always pleasant and friendly to me. I will say that, in my opinion, as the best cleaners in Asheville, they're invariably busy and may take longer than others, but the quality of their work is superb. I would not take my dry cleaning or my shirts anywhere else.

No problems. The cleaners found a couple of pieces needed repair and took care of that.

They cleaned the rug a couple of years ago, and they did it quite well, we were satisfied. It came back nicely.

I had a huge, thick braided rug that had cost $600. I wanted to get it cleaned and give to Habitat. I called this dry cleaners and told them I had 9 x 12 rug and if they would help with the cost, I wanted to bring it to them to clean it and Habitat would pick it up. They said that would do it for half. It would have cost $100 to clean it.  The guy was kind of shocked! So, we took it there and left it and never heard from them again. They had cleaned it for free! They are decent people! 

I talked to the behind the desk, telephone person and she said, she could not help me, but maybe this other person could. He wasn?t there right then, so he called me. I told him we would take the rug to him and if he decided it was not something he wanted to do, to call and let us know. He said, ?ok!?

We've used them regularly. They also clean our rugs and do a good job.

I took a silk dress here to have cleaned. They told me it would be ready on Wednesday (I took it Monday). I went that Wednesday afternoon to pick it up and it looked wonderful! Clean and pressed. It was only $12 to clean it compared to Swannanoa Cleaners, where it was $17. I recommend Asheville Cleaners!

Nothing much to say. Service is adequate, not great, and the people polite, not friendly. The clothes come out good, and I guess that's all I can expect.

There's no story here. I went to the cleaners, dropped off some items, and picked them up. They did a very good job, but I don't remember how much I spent. I intend to use them in the future and recommend them without hesitation.

They call ahead to let me know they are on their way. They are very efficient and I think they've got my rugs looking great.

They called me when the job was done. I didn't pick it up for a few days, and they called me again, so they were proactive. I wasn't specifically impressed; they were fine.

Very well. They explained their service and estimate prior to performing the work, did the job quickly and efficiently, and explained the care needed to ensure their future care. The carpets look beautiful and I'm thrilled with the result. They did call to request an earlier-than-agreed-upon time, which happened to work out well with my schedule. (It was 2 hours earlier, so I would just check on their schedule and make sure they can guarantee the time. A contact person was always available by phone.) The cleaning technicians were younger guys and did try to "sell" me on the stain-resistant protection, but I was already interested in it. Overall I'm thrilled with the service, and the carpets were cleaned quickly and thoroughly.
