I texted him and called him and he would not respond whereas previously, he would respond to me rather quickly. His conversations are peppered with "God Bless You" and other axioms that evidently are not true or heartfelt. By him not showing up, he caused us great troubles. I had to scurry to find another mover who could move us the following day, on a Saturday. Thankfully, I did find one and I am at this moment waiting on them to come get our furniture. He knew that we were closing on our house and had to be out on this day/weekend. He knew we were ready for him and he knew that my husband had even rented his own truck to help make it easier on Tony and his helper. His actions have been deplorable. Why on earth would a person do this to people depending on them in such a huge way? He is definitely a huge darkness on the moving businesses. Tony texted me on the 9th and told me he'd see us in the morning, but that was not to be. Unless he is off the side of a mountain somewhere or unconscious, there is no excuse for not calling me or texting me back to tell me he was not coming. I wasted several hours waiting on him before I finally started seeking someone else. Do not give this man any business. He does not deserve it. I understand he advertises on Craig's list in Asheville. BEWARE.
