They were prompt in coming out and Jamie was courteous and capable and replaced 2 springs within an hour. One had broken and he said replacing both was best which I agreed made sense. I deduct 2 stars for the cost of the supplies however. The 2 springs cost me $378 and after he left I saw the same size online at Home Depot for $113. A $265 profit on supplies seems an inappropriate mark up. I write this to inform readers to buy your coils from Home Depot or Lowe’s and negotiate an installation. Surely there is a group in town willing to do this.

They were very quick to respond and very positive about fixing the problem. They said a new motor would fix the issue and $600 later, we had a new motor and they left. The next day, the door did what it had been doing prior to the new motor. They came and made some adjustments and left. The door continued to do what it had done before the new motor …daily. We had to leave it open on several occasions when we left our house. They insisted that because the door was 25 yrs old (and wooden) that we needed a new door and all the others elements. Replacing the door was the only fix…and a new wooden door would not be a problem even though the old wooden door was “too heavy”. They did not respond to any subsequent calls after I stated that we were not interested in a new door. If you want to replace your door completely, they may be great. If you want repairs, they may not be your guys. We called someone else and the door works now. No new parts.

My garage door was making a screeching noise, so I called ASAP to have it fixed. Gus arrived an hour later than scheduled and said my door was too old and needed to be replaced, that it was about to fall apart. He was very pushy and intense, but I just wanted to have some parts replaced to get rid of the noise. When I said I had to think about it, he told me he had to charge me a "$95 service fee" if I didn't hire him right then and there, even though on his web site he claims to offer "free estimates"!!! I called Leicester Garage and Alex arrived on time, was super polite, and proceeded to tighten the screws/bolts on the door and lubricate different parts. He even adjusted the door opener without charging me anything. The screeching noise was completely gone! He quoted me a much cheaper price to replace parts or the door, if I ever decided to do that, but he made clear there was no rush and explained everything clearly. I am never calling ASAP again!!!

Called on a Thurs, Gus came out the following morning. Was very friendly and a nice person Explained what was broke and went to work and had at fixed in no time. Now the garage door works better than ever. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Gus for making this a stress less event.

Called late Friday afternoon, and Gus told me he could be there between 2:30 and 4:30 on Saturday. He arrived at 2:30, and in less than an hour I had a new garage door opener and outside keypad installed and working perfectly. Courteous, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend ASAP Garage Doors to anyone needing help with garage door issues.

Gus gave excellent instructions for us to prepare the opening and the installer was on date and time and completed the job in professional manner

I called and they called back within the hour. An appointment was scheduled for that very afternoon from 3-5 pm. Brandon (I think) called at 10 to 3 to say he'd be ther in 10 minutes. He arrived and quickly figured out how the door was set to open too high. He adjusted it and it works perfectly now. While he was here he oiled the door wheels and now it is mush quieter as well. It went well he qouted a price for spring but my door required more $ one. He was very accommodating in price. He also advised on upkeep of spring door works flawlessly. Great job.

Fine. I was not there when he completed job but he sent me a video of the garage doors opening and closing. Originally quoted a price that was higher, but I asked him to do only what was absolutely necessary and he eliminated one thing and brought the price down from around $380.

After contacting 3 national brand garage door companies, we read about ASAP Garage Doors on Angie's list. The owner, Gus, was very helpful and informative. His products were a better quality and less expensive than the other companies we contacted, plus he was prompt, courteous and professional. He programed the new remote door opener, removed the old door and framework, installed the new materials and cleaned up. So glad we found him to put in our new garage door and lifter.

Very well., He offered to come the same day I called, even though I was expecting to set up an appointment for the future, as it wasn't an emergency, so that was very impressive. He offered to do the work that very afternoon and from what I can tel did a great job. He knocked some off the price because I came through Angie's List. The price was a lot more than I expected, but that may not be his fault. I was expecting to have a lock changed, not a total overhaul of the garage door system. It wasn't clear why the motor was broken, but it *was* an old system so probably time to renew it (or would have been soon) and the new system has several warranties on parts and labor. I would hire him again and recommend him to others. In this day, it's hard to find people to show up, let alone do a good job in a super timely manner.

Exceptional Work! Gus showed up as promised, looked the job over and said the old motor had come apart on the inside, which is what I expected to hear. He gave me the options for a new unit, replaced all the door rollers and put a safety cable on the springs, which is now required and wasn't when the old unit was installed. He adjusted everything, explained the operation of the new remotes and the opener itself and cleaned up all the debris. He is very pleasant to work with, is professional and knows his stuff when it comes to this work. If you need this kind of work done, call him, you'll be glad you did!

I called Gus Gonzalez regarding garage door opener on Monday and left voice mail messages. He returned my call on Wednesday and we arranged a morning appointment on Thursday. He replaced the sensor which had failed and the garage door opener now works fine! I will use him again in the future and was completely satisfied.

He laid out my options. After I chose what solution I wanted, then he ordered parts and scheduled the job promptly. Garage door works well; pleased with their knowledge.
