Dennis is wonderful to work with. He has wonderful ideas, and will share them with you, if you ask. We wish we had the funds to have him back to do more projects.

Landscaping was installed well at a good price but irrigation was never installed properly and company did not complete installation.

We had already had a French drain put in but it was ineffective by someone else. He came out and put another French drain in closer to the house and made it twice the size than normal because of the extra expense to get into it. We get a lot of snow and then rain, so he did that so we wouldn't have any more problems. After that, he came in and did some hard scape for us. He put in some large stepping stones and really made the walkway and the side of the house pop, it was really good. Once you get someone who shows up, is reasonable, does what he says he's going to do, and is on time, you stick with them. He then put rock around the base of the house, like a fassad. And the pillars, he did the bottom half in stone so it ties the whole bottom half together. He put rock on the stucco chimney, with the same type of rock. It was a rock veneer. It pulled the whole house together. He also framed a large window with the rock. He basically pulled the whole house together. He made a double rock mailbox at the end of the road of the same stone. Living in the woods it must be 1/8 of a mile to the street, but it's the first thing you see coming in and it's just impressive. We gave him an idea of what we wanted he. He did such a great job, he's great. What started out as a problem, it turned into beautiful. He's not pushy. So with little bits of money here and there we got the job taken care of. The biggest thing I can say is he shows up, he communicates. Dennis also put in a retaining wall for us where a rock wall had fallen and he replaced a wall with timbers and supported it. It's not going to go anywhere now. He's multi talented on many levels.
