Any Home Fixed

Both of my projects were relatively small. I interviewed two prospects from newspaper ads. The first gentleman took each of my simple projects and enlarged them. For example, instead of seeding the bare spots in my lawn, he wanted to rototill the entire lawn and start from scratch. As a result, his quote was $650.00. The second gentleman listened to what I wanted and told me he could do that. He did not attempt to enlarge the projects. As a result, his quote was $100. The lowest price is not always the best value. The quality of the person and their work are actually more important to me. Based on my meeting with Mark McDevitt, the owner of Any Home Fixed, I was confident enough of his character to take a chance with him. The very next day, Mr. McDevitt arrived at the time he promised. He worked non-stop in very high temperatures. Both projects were completed exactly as I requested. I was so pleased with him and the quality of his labor, I added a little extra in his pay. It turns out Mark has worked in a number of areas of home repairs including plumbing and electrical. With out a doubt, I will be hiring Mark again and recommending him to all my friends and neighbors.
