 + 0 moreSee above. "Finish" is that we recouped the deposit from the tenant, thought that did not cover the cost of cleaning the land and the house. After inquiries locally, it was decided that it would not be worth our while to retain an attorney.
Description of Work: Used Alpha for property management on rental home. Though they collected their fee each month and had supposedly screened the tenant, they never went to the house to see if it was being maintained. By the time we saw the property it was overrun with weeds, there was a mattress thrown out on the drive, broken windows, holes in walls and ceiling, filthy condition. We were living out-of-state and trusted Alpha to care for our home and land. They did nothing.
