 + -1 moreAfter only 30 days I had refinanced my mortgage and signed all the papers! From start to finish in less than 30 days!!! If anyone is looking to refinance and wants to do business with some one that cares, I cannot recommend a person any higher than Kabir Mahadeva. His work was fantastic and the turn around from the time I called him until I closed on a new loan at less than 4% was faster than I ever could have expected. Less than 30 days is a standard that some mortgage brokers can only dream of.
Description of Work: I recently decided to refinance my mortgage and had a recommendation from a friend that I should contact Kabir Mahadeva with Alpha Mortgage.

Alpha Mortgage Corporation offers the following services: We are a direct lender for residential mortgage loans for primary residences, second homes, and investment property. We offer conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, with both fixed and adjustable rates. We process, underwrite, and close loans in-house and use local appraisers directly assigned by our company. We can close both purchase and refinance loans much more rapidly than most large bank lenders.
We do not offer land, 2nd mortgages, home equity lines of credit, commercial, portfolio or construction loans.
