Went great. Contacting these folks was easy. They returned my call within an hour and arranged a time to take care of our carpet. Arrived 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time (Perfect) and went to work. Job took about an hour and 15 minutes. Carpet looks good as new following a very thorough cleaning. Very pleased with every aspect of the services we received. Will hire again !!!!!

It was outstanding. The next time I need my carpets done, I will have them do it again. They use a dry shampoo and a buffer. You could walk on the carpets within an hour of them being done. I've had bad experiences with other providers in the past with the carpets being so soaked you couldn't walk on them for two days. You could walk on the carpets right away with this company, and they came out cleaner than with other providers.

All areas looked great. The stains and odors were greatly reduced if not gone altogether. They were very quick and the rugs were dry within several hours. I have used them before and will use them again!

They are not cheap but they do a good job. We had them do our house for 5 years. We have an annual event at my house and we usually have them do it just before that. They charge a lot but I ask them to do pretty much most of the house, and I have them do a couple of pieces of upholstery. I would consider it reasonable. They are reliable and they do a good job. I've never had a problem with them. They may be more expensive than somebody else but I never got any baloney from these people. We have used them for the last 5 years. I considered other places and it didn't work out. They weren't willing to do what I wanted them to do.

They arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule (they called to let me know they were coming) and went right to work. You would have to see how badly stained this carpet was to believe it. The end result was an amazing transition, the carpet looked almost new after they finished. I could not have been more,pleased. It is indeed a pleasure to deal with a company that actually seems to care. Thank you Sue!

This is the first time I used Alpha 1 Carpet Cleaners.  The whole process from scheduling to cleaning went without any problems.  John and Richard called ahead and arrived on time.  They walked through my house with me as I pointed out a few spots which might need extra attention and then went right to work.  The results were great and my carpet looks wonderful.  Would definitely recommend this company.

I can't say enough about Alpha-1. They were professional, on-time, thorough, and did an amazing job on our soiled and stained carpet.
From scheduling to job completion they did a great job. I had to change the date from the original schedule and they handled the change with professionalism and without a fuss. 
They showed up on time to clean the carpet in our newly rented condo. The carpet was badly soiled and had a couple of major stains. They spent a couple of hours making sure that they got everything up. When it was done I could not believe the difference.
The cleanup job they did has made the whole place seem brighter and cleaner.

They were flexible with my schedule, I was able to go to my office and wait for a call when they were on their way; so no sitting around the house waiting, wasting time.  Their projected time of arrival was right on schedule; I met them at the house and they got to work immediately. Very polite and professional gentlemen. I told them my concerns regarding pet soiling that wasn't visible, as well as the obvious stains. They put particular effort into those areas.The finished product was beyond my husband's and my expectations; considerably better than any similar service we've had in the past. And they are fast!  I expected to be home several hours, but they finished in about an hour and a half.  We couldn't be more pleased with Alpha-1.

Sue is super easy to deal with over the phone. We scheduled the cleaning, and John and one other showed up on time. They looked over the situation, brought in their equipment and got to work. They cleaned carpets that had not been cleaned in at least eleven years. They got spots out including spilled make-up. I was impressed by the method they used because it was dry in about 3-4 hours but didn't stink up the house and didn't leave solid residue behind. They moved furniture that could be moved and put it back with little pieces of foil-backed paper under legs. It could not have gone better, and I plan to make this an annual event.

Fabulous! They got out stains that I never thought would come out.  This includes a wine stain!! The carpets look brand new. Price was very reasonable. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and cooperative with our schedule. Can't say enough great things about them.

We are so pleased with the job done today by John and his assistant( not sure of his name). Our service began with Sue who took our initial call .She was courteous, informative and very helpful. John then contacted us, we discussed our need for tile and grout cleaning in our recently purchased  1973's home. A time and date was set ,he came to our home, gave us our free estimate. We then called and set up our date and time to come back and complete the job. They showed up on time, got straight to work ,took great care and caution in our home, worked in a organized fashion but not rushed. I was also pleasantly surprised the machines used were quieter than I thought and the solutions  were not offensive!

We are so happy with the results! Looks like a new floor....Thanks for the great service John and the fantastic results...worth every penny!
