When I first used him to cut my lawn, they would put a bill in the door for that specific month. If they did not cut my lawn they did not charge me.  In October, they did not leave me a bill, and then in November, they sent me a bill during the drought season.  When I looked at the bill, I noticed that they charged me back to back days for a cutting, so I deducted $40 from the bill. I could not even tell if they came or not because the grass was not growing.  With the clean up that they did, they raised their prices, which was a big jump in price.  The first two seasons when I used them everything was fine, but last fall things started to go south. 

I moved into this house in 2002 and I have been using them for mowing since then.  I use them every year.  They are very good.  I will continue to use them in the future as well.

Everything went very well. They were very fast and it took them less than a day to do it. They brought 4 or 5 people along to do the work. He grinds down the entire tree and essentially carries everything off. He does remove the trees from the top down which doesn't damage the lawn in any way. I thought that was a very careful and courteous way to do the work and he was very easy to work with.
