The repair was covered under warranty. I had not complaints with them. They changed some part and straightened it out. We had to start using the dishwasher cleaner to get all the residues out of the dishwasher. I have used them before, and I have never had any complaints with them. They are responsive and punctual. They call before they show up and work with you. The quality of their work is pretty good. They do a good job.
