I first engaged Jack to install a heat pump after getting estimates from three vendors. His was the best estimate and he was interested in explaining it all to me - the good, the bad and the ugly, as well as looking over my entire HVAC system and giving me an honest opinion. (as in, no, I did not need a new furnace!) Since then I have used him to install a gas log in my fireplace and have a service contract with him for all my HVAC needs. He is absolutely professional, friendly, courteous, responsive and a joy to work with. I highly recommend Air for Less.
