The previous contractor who installed the heat pumps in our new home cut lots of corners. Air Craftsman made the appropriate repairs and thoroughly explained the reason for each fix.  They were careful not to try to have us do more than was needed.  They explained the priority of each fix.  The only criticism we had was the scheduling became a bit  of an issue because of unexpected calls from current customers. We were at that time a new customer and they put their current customers ahead of everyone else when there is a heat wave or a cold snap.  We have since come to appreciate their policy in doing this.  We would recommend Air Craftsman for professionalism, experience and trustworthy advice.

This company has handled our heating service for at least 15 years, having taken over for us when our prior vendor gave up...Our experience with Air Craftsmen has been consistent quality workmanship delivered promptly by thoughtful and courteous staff.

I had been looking into several places and my neighbor suggested Air Craftman.  They did the work in a timely manner and I have no complaints.

We have been using this service for 20 years. They are very punctual and go above and beyond what they are asked to do. There may be a cheaper price out there but the people that come out to do the job are worth it.

The guy came out and didn't have the part, which I don't necessarily hold that against them because he didn't charge to come out a second time. The one upstairs had an issue with the pilot light, he didn't get it adjusted just right, but he came back out the second time and didn't charge. I know a lot of these places will charge every time they come out, even if they are wrong. They are relatively honest. I don't have enough of this type of work done to grade the price, but it seems OK, I just hate to give them a grade and be wrong on it.
