When they replaced the second unit, it was about $3,000 and that included the unit and installation. Their prices are very competitive. I am under contract with them for 8 units.

We have a combination heat pump and ton and saving furnace. In the Spring, they advised me that both of the heat pumps for air conditioning were very clogged up and needed special work on them. We decided to do that and everything is working much more efficiently. When they got part of the way through one unit, it was so badly damaged by weather conditions with acorns and things falling into it. That they recommended replacement. They gave us a fair price and they did it in a very timely fashion and very professionally. I have been using them since 2010 maybe! They fixed one about two weeks after they discovered the problem. They replaced the other unit about a week after that, as soon as they could get it in.

They just had to order it and as soon as it came in, they put it in. Not only did they fix the problem, but they showed us what the problem was. They told me the ramifications of not fixing something and showed me the exact problem. They had originally intended on fixing both units. I think it was about $500, because it was a full day?s work.

We have a service contract with them. They serviced 8 units for me. They come in and inspect the units, test the units and look for any part that may be about to go bad. The unit sucks and it was $20000 and now we are stuck with it. His name was Tracy Ponder. The unit that they installed/ the one that he sold me, the filters are $90 a piece which is completely outrageous. I have managed to lower that by buying one that was not made exactly for that. The regular service and maintenance fees are probably within the normal range.

They service both houses. The guy who comes out/the regular service guy named Jason, he gets an A. The secretary/the one who schedules, she gets an A but the guys who owns the business/installed the $20000 air conditioning unit in my house, he gets a C. I would use them again in future, I have a contract with them.

He found a leak in the indoor coil that needed replacing. The condensate drain on both properties were leaky and were replaced. One condensation pump and line were added to the other property's A/C for proper drainage. He also did a Spring and Fall 2 system PMA. They arrived on time and Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything so I could understand it.

They showed up on time, they are reliable and they do excellent work. They understand customers needs and they are friendly. I cannot say enough good about them. They are great and they are reliable. They will work with us and I trust them. The quality of their work is excellent. One of the systems had a problem and they came out right away. I will continue to use them.

Not good. Defective parts, poor planning, and worst of all, when I need major help, the company never responded.

This was a Trane and it turned out to be a wonderfully efficient and problem free unit which included Four Zones. Affordable service is always stellar, their technicians are completely knowledgeable and come and quot;preparedand quot;, their cost if fair with a detailed write up of all of the work performed. Frankly, we have an excellent rapport with this company, their outstanding technician Richard, and feel that among the many trades required to build a home or maintain one, our Affordable Comfort relationship is at the top of the list.

It was good that they came because it was an emergency call. It wasn't good how much they charged, but it was for two visits, one to make it work until they could make it work until they could fix the wiring and another to put whole new wiring in.

They are always prompt and come when they say they are going to come. The gentleman who performs the work puts a cover on his shoes so that he does not crack any dirt around while going up the attic and performing the maintenance. I feel confident that they do not try to rip me off. They do what they need to do and I haven't had any problems since I started using them. I would use them again in the future.

These people were friendly, very professional, competent, prompt, explained everything they were doing and why. I have seldom, if ever, had a better experience with an HVAC company. They even helped with another problem I had which was unrelated to what they came here for, and charged nothing for that service!

They are terrific. They regularly maintain our heating and air conditioning system. They do very good work and they are responsive to any problem that you have. They are very nice people to deal with. I have an annual service contract with them. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Tracy, Amy, Jeremy and Gary are the best; followed up after the install and left the work area and our home clean. Prepared warranty and rebate forms and saved us lots of money. Gave us a senior discount, too.

This contractor installed an HVAC system, and it never functioned properly. (We inherited the contract because the contractors working on remodeling had already hired this company.) I tried to correct the problems with the them, but eventually they failed to return calls and e-mails. (I assumed they were tired of dealing with it or just had company problems.) It was a really bad experience. On the other hand, I found another contractor who was fantastic, and my heating and cooling bills fell significantly. It's hard to believe how badly the project went in the first place.

They came out to help me when I was in desperate need. They even came out on a Sunday. They are so accommodating.

Tracy was very courteous and always called/visited to check how things were going and to make sure we were happy after the install was completed. He quoted us 4 days to do the install, but had 95% of it completed in 2 days. Would have had 100% complete but Trane sent the wrong thermostat so the correct one was overnighted.

Poorly. They didn't complete the described work. Had problems within 2 months of the visit. Have since changed vendor.

We built our house four years ago and have had no trouble with the heating and cooling. We have purchased Affordable Comfort's heating and A/C service agreement each year that we have been in the house. The representative is always on time and the inspection and service appears to be thorough. The young man who has come the last couple of times is named Jason. He seems to really know what he's doing, is willing to answer questions and is very pleasant. This year I called several places to check prices. They were all within $20 of each other. The $189 price included two service calls, one in the fall to check the gas furnace, and one in the spring to check the air conditioning.
