The younger brother, John, didn't know anything and he was arrogant. I was getting an island and had to pay $1200 extra for services they didn't even provide.. It took four months longer than it should of taken. He did not pay the city to put up temporary electricity and even used our neighbor's to power ours. Our fireplace does not work and things kept going wrong. Everything I asked for, I didn't get.
