Contacted, arrived on time and did the job efficiently and at great price. Could not have gone any better. Would recommend without hesitation

On Mother's Day, my daughter locked herself out of her room. We tried all the tricks we knew to get in the door without success. We started calling locksmiths. Many never answered or did not return our message. Some told us that they would not come out to Weaverville. This was all a bit concerning - what if we had locked our keys in our car? Dicky Dryman from Acme did return our call and was willing to drive out to our home in N. Buncombe. He came with his wife in their car having just finished their Mother's Day celebration. He was pleasant, professional, and with just the tools he had in his car, he was able to get the door open and made us new keys. We were very grateful for his response to our situation, and we are keeping his business card in case we need a locksmith in the future.

He came right on time, got to work, and was done in half an hour.  All this on the day of the snow here.   His price was great and I was appreciative.

Professional and friendly. Completed the re-keying in good time and took a few minutes to explain how easy it was for new doors to lock people out if you don't check the outside knob before you go out the door. Probably saved me a further emergency call. Reasonable cost. Very happy I found this provider on Angie's List.

Called Acme on Monday about rekeying the house. He said he would be there at 10AM the next day and showed up promptly. The work was done in less than 2 hours (there were a lot of locks). In addition, he fixed a broken door lock at no charge using parts he had in the truck.He was very professional and friendly, and I would not hesitate to use his servicess again.

We recently moved into a new a new property with main house with two out buildings, The door locks consisted of at least 5 different keys, including some doors that had to stay unlocked because no keys existed. Called ACME in the morning and they came out that afternoon. He rekeyed all the locks and fixed the front door that had to be pulled hard to lock the deadbolt. One of the locks on the outbuilding was a different brand that couldn't be keyed the same as the others. But the guy had a used lockset on his truck that would work and he installed it and didn't charge me for it. Overall I would rate as quick response, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. 

He was absolutely excellent.  He came over within twenty four hours.  He did it really efficiently and quickly.  The price was really reasonable and comparing to the market it was fairly good.  I was not there myself but I actually talked to him on the phone and he was very professional.

Easy contact . Left message on telephone ,he responded shortly. Made appointment and he arrived exactly as scheduled that day.He assessed the job and proceeded to do the job efficiently. What more could I ask !!!!
