+ -1 moreI called the owner of AAC, who is the vendor for all roofing materials in this region, for referrals to get my roof completley rebuilt in 2008. The owner himself, Bob Harrison, gave me the roofer's name and after my estimates I called him back and confirmed that he was a reliable roofer. Harrison said yes, I went ahead with the job. (see report on Mike Hannah for more information/explanation) When I had to purchase all materials from Harrison's AAC a year later I requested some compensation, in the form of acknowledgement of responsiblity. I would have been happy with paying for the second order of shingles at cost. Harrison refused to talk with me, refused to look at the photos of the earlier, referred roofer job. I feel Harrison was negligent on all counts, greedy for sales. It burned me up to have to pay this fellow $4000 twice, in 13 months. A real soul-less fellow.
Description of Work: AAC was the vendor for my roofing, i.e. shingles, roof paper, etc. The owner referred me to the roofer- who did a disastrous job on my complete rebuilding in 2008. I ended up paying this company AAC TWICE for shingles and roof paper, amounting to > $8000. I feel defrauded by this company.
