techs did not show up and I received no phone call. After 70 minute wait on hold I was told that there was a problem somewhere outside the house and that's why the tech did not show. Told them a call would've been nice so I didn't have to wait for hours with no results. Could not fit me into their schedule for another 10 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would contact me shortly. I guess their idea of shortly and mine are not the same… Two days later I received a call. I asked if he was the supervisor he was to call me two days ago he rather currently said yes. And then he disconnected us… I have not heard from them since and I have canceled my request to use them for Internet services

Description of Work: Big corporation ISP as everyone knows. Service itself is OK but their "U-verse" service is not available in our area so bandwidth is limited I did have some billing problems in the beginning which customer service handled in professional manner.

He helped me know what to do when the time came for me to disconnect my service, once I found a better ISP.
Description of Work: The provider kindly & honestly explained that Oakley (Asheville) residents can't expect faster speed since the shared hub is 5 miles away. And that U-verse is not coming to this area anytime soon either.

We have been unhappy with ATand T television service.
Description of Work: We had a bundle package of A T & T Wireless; TV, Internet and phone (landline), and we dropped their TV coverage because we had problems with the company, but we still use their phone service and their Internet service. For TV, we used their cable service.
