techs did not show up and I received no phone call. After 70 minute wait on hold I was told that there was a problem somewhere outside the house and that's why the tech did not show. Told them a call would've been nice so I didn't have to wait for hours with no results. Could not fit me into their schedule for another 10 days. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would contact me shortly. I guess their idea of shortly and mine are not the same… Two days later I received a call. I asked if he was the supervisor he was to call me two days ago he rather currently said yes. And then he disconnected us… I have not heard from them since and I have canceled my request to use them for Internet services

Went OK. Technician installed and tested new service, installed and tested MODEM, connected wireless router, everything tested good. Have had no issues since installation 2 years ago.
