Lewis was diligent and thawed out all the pieces and replaced the seals and the icemaker. Although I won't know until tomorrow, I am pleased with the work done. He even said he would call in the morning to follow up -- to ensure it is making ice.

He did a great job, repaired the problem in less than an hour. I needed a minor part as well, which I just planned to order. Lewis looked it up for me later and called me to let me know he could get it at 1/3 the price and would be happy to deliver it when it comes in. Highly recommended.
