Very thorough job and full of tips and information to assist the homeowner in making decisions to improve air quality of their home.

Easy to work with

Very professional and responsive to questions. Great detailed report with over 100 pictures. And with detailed remedies to repair possible mold removable and preventive measures. However, the report was a visual search only. I understand there is no current mold levels deemed safe for everyone but I did not find the report very valuable for the cost.

A thorough inspection with excellent recommendations for mitigating the humidity and mold issues in our property. Knowledgeable expertise and ongoing communication and follow up.

Rick was unbelievably thorough and educational. He took time to understand first why I wanted the evaluation. Then he took the time to explain to me what he looked for, what he found and what it meant for me. He went into every nook and cranny of my house, took pictures and provided a through report when he was done. He then made recommendations based on his findings and even provided some service providers I could reach out to. Overall a great experience and so worth it!

Rick has an intuitive, holistic understanding of how homes work. I was extremely impressed with his depth of knowledge and expertise - everything was very well explained and I felt we were in very safe hands. Rick also definitely saved us money as we originally thought it was a mold problem, but it turned out to be something entirely different, requiring a different solution. Rick was very nice and very professional. He did not only confirm there was mold in our office but found other areas of concern. He took a lot of pictures and in his report advised our landlord on how to address the problems. I learned a lot. I will make some changes as well. The pesticides I use in our home will change and areas where toxins build up will be addressed. Just like organic food is good for your body, a healthy Home is as well!!

They were painstaking and thorough in their inspection and provide insight and value beyond analysis of mold and other health risks. In their report I got a list of next steps to take, including many I could do myself. I appreciate that they only do the inspection and then provide helpful references for others who can do mold remediation and water removal and management. The subsequent companies they recommended have also been excellent. I will recommend them to others.
