We called 1st Choice Service Group again and he diagnosed that because of the original problem of it freezing up, the whole fan assembly had broken. He got the part and fixed it and Lennox paid for the part and the labor, because it was faulty from the beginning.
Also, after I explained to 1st Choice that also the auxiliary heat mode did not seem to work properly either, he found a wire was misconnected in the air handler, (inside unit) and he fixed that and, although we did not have to use the heat much after that because weather got warmer, it seems to be working the way it should have from the beginning. Time will tell.
