I wouldn't have these individuals anywhere near my children!
Would NOT recommend.
Found out that the owner Clark Sides had to change the name of his business to Capital Balloons Studio and moved it to Raleigh NC because of his wife's involvement in a kidnapping and numerous assault charges in which she WAS incarcerated!
