Chris discerned the problem quickly and made the needed replacements (burnt out element, burned wire). Also noted that top and bottom elements were set at different temperatures and fixed this. I have very hard water and he removed what sediment he could from the bottom of the heater (this was the cause of the burned out bottom element). A follow up visit was scheduled and Chris checked out the water softening unit that had been winterized since I purchased the house, explained how it worked, got it going and now I finally have soft water! Very professional and knowledgeable, prices are fair, just pleasant people to work with.
