JONES CONSTRUCTION

They put the front door up, but didn't do anything else like they were suppose to. Scott said he would come out and install the back door the next day, but never came or special ordered the door from Lowes. I called Loews myself and got the door ordered and picked up. I then called Scott to let him know, and he said he would come put up the door. He came out to make sure everything worked and fit, but then said he would come back in another week to put up the door since was been busy. I agreed, and later I texted him about coming out and he never answered the text or any of my calls. I eventually got a hold of him, but he gave me more excuses why he could not contact me. Even after that he never came out. I saw him in Wal-mart, and he still gave excuses about being busy. I talked to them again about coming up, and they still never showed. I eventually called and let a message for John, the owner, and told him that I would find someone else to do the job. Scott then told his dad that he wasn't going to do the job anymore. They hit my mail box coming out, and offered to fix it, but I told then to just give me the money, and I'll buy and install my own mailbox.
