Installed a new subpanel inside the building to replace the vandalized exterior panel, connected it via feeder wire to the other external service (fortunately, not found by the vandals), sorted out the circuits, checked out the non-functioning lights and generally made sure everything was working before they left.
Not having gotten competing quotes, and not sure I could have gotten firm quotes on a job like this, I can't really comment on the cost, but was told "it was a good price" by a friend who knows something about electrical work.

I called Darrell about fixing a bathroom light/fan switch which had shorted out and would not work. He promptly called me back and came to the house the next day. He found a wiring problem, showed it to me and had it fixed in about <45 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. As he was leaving I asked him if he could run wiring for a new light fixture to our deck. Within a few days he returned and I had a new light fixture on the deck. It looks great and works great.
He did an excellent job.
