+ 4 moreHow it go? Well it was a nightmare toward the end . I have two heart conditions so therefore arguing this out with court or the BBB is not what I want to do. Right now my main concern is this electrical work that really could have been a tragedy. To warn others. I have plenty of proof in pictures of all his work that was unfinished. All i can say now is we are getting over the nightmare and , picking up the pieces and making things around my house better .
Description of Work: What didn't the provider do would probably be the question... First off I want to thank the good Lord above that my house did not burn down. And my family is alive.. This review is to warn others first off about how dangerous his ELECTRICAL work is. This is what he had done to my house, first off he installed new receptacles in my kitchen. Instead of running new lines to new breakers he ran lines to the existing old lines and tied on to them. Did NOT use wire nuts or wire gauges, wrapped it up with duct tape. This was discovered yesterday JUNE 27, 2016.. THE REASON THIS WAS NOTICED WE KEPT HAVING TROUBLE WITH ONE RECEPTACLE AND HAD SOMEONE GO UNDER HOUSE TO CHECK. MY CONCERN AT THIS POINT IS OTHER PEOPLE SAFETY. HE HONESTLY COULD HAVE KILLED MY FAMILY IN A HOUSE FIRE BECAUSE OF HIS ELECTRICAL WORK.... + -1 moreThe job went as planned, with a little hick-up with the floor. Ron was very thorough and refuses to cut corners. You have to admire this about the guy and he found some major problems with the rot of the joist under the floor. Once this was repaired, we were back on schedule within a few days. The finished product looks as if it was built from the beginning of the construction phase in the 1930's and it is beautiful!!!
Description of Work: Freebird first took our existing layout and measured to see if our back porch/bathroom could convert into a laundry room and a full bath combine. We were willing to extend the roof line if need be, but we were hoping we could save in cost and not have to go that route. Ron spent the time with us to assure what it was we wanted. At first I wasn't sure he knew what it was I wanted until he came back a few days later with a plan that gave us everything we wanted, even the full tub that we haven't had in ten years. He did it all without extending the roof line and saved us so much money. I love this guy! WHERE HAS HE BEEN???? HE IS AMAZING!!
