They had my car a week and didn't update on what the hold up was. I had to reach out each day. They fixed the issue but the communication was horrible and not considerate.

We had the water pump replaced as well as the thermostat. There was a noise or shaking (don't remember) and they determined that the motor mount was the cause and needed to be fixed. It was done well and the car ran much better with less noise.
