Creative Landscape And Irrigation

The customer service for this family owned business is the worst I have ever encountered. I called them for estimating a pool and landscaping for my backyard. The owner, Stephen, came out and after reviewing my property said he would have a CAD drawing and estimate for the project in about 5 days. After numerous calls and emails, over 3 weeks later the CAD was emailed with no estimate, but with one more call the estimate arrived. Upon my immediate reply, I let them know I had lots of follow up questions. NO CALLS, no emails, NOTHING? silence (can you hear the crickets?) Over the next week, I called and I emailed and got NOTHING but excuses on the lack of follow up. So, if this is the customer service BEFORE the sale, can you imagine the service after the sale? I was treated like I was an inconvenience, unimportant and a pest. Really? There are so many other quality pool builders and caring landscape companies in this area. Run far, run fast. Stay away from this company!
